REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – October 3, 2011 – In a move that further solidifies its leadership position in the customer service space, Enkata, a leading provider of cloud-based analytics solutions, today announced it has raised $4.4 million in series C financing, bringing the total amount of venture capital investment in Enkata to $18 Million. The latest round included a new investor, IT Farm Corporation, as well as existing investors including Apex, ComVentures, Sigma Partner and Enkata’s CEO David Stamm.
