Enkata, a leading provider of analytics-powered performance management software, today announced it has promoted Alexandre Delarue to chief technology officer.
“Alexandre has made a tremendous impact expanding our technology vision during his seven years at Enkata,” said Dave Stamm, president and chief executive officer of Enkata. “Enkata has built its architecture and patent-pending analytics technology from the ground up. Alexandre’s continued leadership will enable innovations for our customers and continue to keep Enkata at the leading edge of performance management technologies.”
In his new role as chief technology officer at Enkata, Delarue will lead the company’s efforts to deliver next generation analytics driven performance management applications and expand on its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and further drive the company’s cloud computing service offerings for customer operations.
Delarue joined Enkata in2001. As Enkata’s lead server architect, Delarue led the team that built Enkata’s service oriented architecture (SOA) and has focused on advancing the company’s analytics powered applications for the Enkata Strategic Service Suite. Prior to Enkata, Delarue held management roles at KANA and Broadbase Software, where under his leadership, customer implementation packaging and secure deployments were carried out for Fortune 500 companies. Delarue holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Institut Supérieur de l’Electronique et du Numérique in France and a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
“Today, Enkata’s solutions provide unprecedented scalability paired with our unique algorithms to help solve complex business problems like first call resolution at some of the largest, most respected customer operations in the world,” said Delarue. “Now, Enkata is naturally placed to expand its SaaS offering with cloud computing services, paving the way for real time, actionable intelligence delivery. I look forward to leading our technology team as chief technology officer, and continuing to deliver solutions that address the key concerns of the industry.
