Management

David A. Stamm, President & CEO

David Stamm brings over 25 years of technology experience to the Enkata team. Prior to joining Enkata, Dave co-founded Clarify in August of 1990 and served as the company's president and CEO until March 1998, when he was appointed chairman of the board. Dave also co-founded Daisy Systems Corporation (Daisy), a computer-aided engineering hardware and software company, in August 1980. While at Daisy, he served in multiple executive positions, including executive vice president, and served as a director until late 1989. Prior to joining Daisy, Dave worked with Intel Corporation.

Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and holds a patent on single-chip microprocessor technology.

Ronald E. Hildebrandt, Co-founder, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Ron Hildebrandt brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations to Enkata. Prior to co-founding Enkata, Ron was the senior vice president of sales, marketing & IT operations at UniHost Corporation, Canada's largest hotel management company before being taken private in 1999. At UniHost, Ron successfully reorganized and rebuilt the sales, marketing and IT functions and reduced corporate operating costs by 40% while growing revenues. Ron's development of one of the first “home grown” operational performance management systems was a critical factor in his success. Prior to UniHost, Ron was a consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, a leading strategy consulting firm. At Mercer, Ron helped companies in the healthcare, telecommunications, lodging and automotive industries to improve their operational performance and to earn higher returns on their project investments. Before business school, Ron started his career at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare (makers of OTC pharmaceuticals such as Advil). At Wyeth, Ron distinguished himself in sales and marketing successively holding the positions of sales manager, regional marketing analyst, and then brand analyst.

Ron holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Senya Rahmil, Senior Vice President, Customer Operations & Product Quality

Senya Rahmil with over 27 years of experience in development, QA, customer support and professional services areas, has spent over 14 years at four startup companies: Netlabs, Clarify, Datasweep, and Nuasis. As the first QA person at Clarify Inc., Senya conceived, built and managed a QA organization that grew from 1 to 40+ professionals in six years. Senya led the transformation of the Customer Service organization from a tactical element to a strategic arm of Clarify. Senya also achieved >90% employee retention within the organizations that he managed. Senya drove and implemented company-wide CRM system and escalation processes at multiple companies, and played a significant role at each company in the pre-sales process by presenting the Customer Service and Quality Assurance vision leading to a clear competitive differentiator within each market.

Senya holds a BS in Computer Science and Math from the University of Beer Sheva, lsrael.

Paul Tjahjadi, Vice President, Engineering

Paul Tjahjadi has over 18 years of experience in the enterprise software business. Paul’s hands-on management style and passion for state-of-the-art technology have been instrumental in building the exceptional Enkata engineering organization and delivering Enkata’s high-performing and scalable enterprise-class products for operational performance management.  Prior to joining Enkata, Paul held engineering management and architect positions at KANA, Broadbase, and Rubric, a pioneer in enterprise marketing automation software used by Fortune 500 and e-commerce companies. At Lightscape Technologies, Paul led a team of 3D graphics software developers to deliver the first advanced radiosity-based visualization and lighting software with an integrated ray tracer for the Windows platform. Prior to that, Paul led the first Windows 32-bit UI platform team at Oracle where his specialty in various UI technologies (Motif, Open Window, Windows) within the platform-independent UI group also played a key role in the introduction of Oracle’s internationalized graphical UI platform.

Paul holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley and an MS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA with a specialty in computer-aided design for VLSI.

Rob Berry, Senior Director, Business Development

Rob Berry has over 12 years of experience in enterprise software marketing and product management, as well as in operations management and financial analysis. He brings to Enkata expertise in successfully building and delivering enterprise analytic applications to market. Prior to joining Enkata, Rob spent seven years at Hyperion where he helped the company grow from $80 million to over $620 million in annual revenues. As director of business intelligence product marketing, Rob drove strategic initiatives including the highly successful $150 million acquisition of Brio Technology. During his tenure, Rob held other leadership positions at Hyperion where he helped define and build the Essbase OLAP server and its query and reporting tools into a leading Business Intelligence Platform. Prior to Hyperion, Rob held senior product management positions at Arbor Software, and has over four years of experience in operations management and financial analysis in the hospitality industry.

Rob holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Matthew Kresch, Senior Director, Product Marketing

Matt Kresch brings over 15 years of enterprise software and contact center experience to Enkata. Matt has served in senior and executive roles across the marketing organization with an emphasis on product marketing and delivering customer value. Before joining Enkata, Matt ran product marketing at KNOVA Software (acquired by Concona Corporation), a leading provider of enterprise search and knowledge management applications. Matt spent over eight years at Genesys (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent) where he held senior director roles in business development, channel marketing, product marketing and managed service solutions. While at AT&T, Matt was focused on new business development where he identified and developed business cases for bring new and complementary offerings to market. Matt led product management at Notable Technologies, a communications software provider with lead investment from Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers. He also spent time as a systems consultant at Merrill Lynch International Bank in London, England.

Matt holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Arizona.

Robert A. Ven, Senior Director, Professional Services

Robert Ven brings over 11 years of experience in Enterprise Software in Professional Services to Enkata, including account, relationship, and program management roles. Robert has managed implementations for Fortune 100 customers, with deployments being used by up to 60,000 users worldwide. His global implementation experience includes managing projects in Europe, Asia and North America. Robert has a strong track record of delivering rapid ROI and helping drive adoption and usage within companies. Prior to Enkata, Robert held Senior Project Manager positions at Digital Fuel Technologies and Extensity (acquired by Geac Computer), and worked as a Project Manager at Trilogy Software and GainSystems.

Robert holds a BS in Engineering from Northwestern University, and is a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional.

Alexey Lavrov, General Manager, St. Petersburg

Alexey Lavrov has worked at Enkata since May 2005 as a Professional Services business analyst; during this time Alexey has successfully completed seven major implementation projects. Prior to working at Enkata, Alexey was employed by RITVERC GmbH, which produces and sells radioactive materials and devices worldwide. Alexey held positions as an Engineer, Marketing Manager, and Department Head, Marketing. Key projects included: implementing a corporate CRM system for RITVERC, successfully completing ISO9001:2000 accreditation for the company, managing international commercial R&D projects, and managing key corporate client accounts.

Alexey graduated from St. Petersburg State Technical University Physics & Mechanics faculty as nuclear physicist (M.S.), and graduated from Economics faculty in business administration (certified specialist).
