David A. Stamm, President & CEO

David Stamm brings over 25 years of technology experience to the Enkata team. Prior to joining Enkata, Dave co-founded Clarify Inc. in 1990, which in 1994 became the first public company in what is now known as CRM. After Clarify was acquired by Nortel Inc. in 2000, David held several Board of Director positions at technology companies and served on the advisory boards of several venture capital funds. Prior to founding Clarify, Dave co-founded Daisy Systems Corporation in 1980, a computer-aided engineering hardware and software company.

Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and holds a patent on single-chip microprocessor technology.

Ronald E. Hildebrandt, Co-founder, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Ron Hildebrandt brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations to Enkata. Prior to co-founding Enkata, Ron was the senior vice president of sales, marketing and IT operations at UniHost Corporation, Canada's largest hotel management company. At UniHost, Ron developed one of the first “home grown” operational performance management systems, which helped him reduce operating costs by 40 percent while growing revenues. Prior to UniHost, Ron was a consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, a leading strategy consulting firm.

Ron holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Senya Rahmil, Senior Vice President, Customer Operations & Product Quality

Senya Rahmil has over 27 years of experience in development, quality assurance, customer support and professional services areas, and has spent over 14 years at four startup companies: Netlabs, Clarify Inc., Datasweep and Nuasis. At Clarify, Senya conceived, built and managed a QA organization that grew to more than 40 professionals in six years, and led the transformation of the customer service organization from a tactical element to a strategic arm. Prior to Clarify, Senya drove and implemented company-wide CRM systems and escalation processes at multiple companies.

Senya holds a BS in Computer Science and Math from the University of Beer Sheva, lsrael.

Alexandre Delarue, Chief Technology Officer

Alexandre Delarue joined Enkata in 2001, and as the lead server architect, Alexandre led the team that built Enkata’s service oriented architecture (SOA) and has focused on advancing the company’s analytics powered applications for the Enkata Strategic Service Suite. Prior to Enkata, Delarue held management roles at KANA and Broadbase Software, where under his leadership, customer implementation packaging and secure deployments were carried out for Fortune 500 companies.

Alexandre holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Institut Supérieur de l’Electronique et du Numérique in France and a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Liz Amaral, Senior Director, Product Marketing

Liz Amaral has over 17 years of experience in customer service operations and enterprise software. Prior to Enkata, she held various product marketing and management roles designing industry-leading CRM software solutions for both the financial services and education services industries. Earlier in her career, Liz spent eight years at Advent Software building professional services and technical support teams in the U.S., Australia and Asia.

Liz holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Alexey Lavrov, General Manager, St. Petersburg, Russia

Alexey Lavrov joined Enkata in 2005 as a professional services business analyst. Prior to Enkata, Alexey was employed by RITVERC GmbH, which produces and sells radioactive materials and devices worldwide. Alexey held positions as an engineer and marketing manager. Key projects included implementing a corporate CRM system, successfully completing ISO9001:2000 accreditation for the company and managing international commercial research and development projects.

Alexey holds a MS in Physics and Mechanics from St. Petersburg State Technical University with a degree in business administration from its Economics faculty
