David Stamm, President & CEO

David Stamm brings over 25 years of technology experience to the Enkata team. Prior to joining Enkata, Dave co-founded Clarify Inc. in 1990, which in 1994 became the first public company in what is now known as CRM. After Clarify was acquired by Nortel Inc. in 2000, David held several Board of Director positions at technology companies and served on the advisory boards of several venture capital funds. Prior to founding Clarify, Dave co-founded Daisy Systems Corporation in 1980, a computer-aided engineering hardware and software company.

David Stamm holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and holds a patent on single-chip microprocessor technology.

Ronald Hildebrandt, Co-founder, Executive Vice President, Sales and Service

As EVP of Sales and Service for Enkata, Ron Hildebrandt is responsible for establishing new customer relationships and ensuring that they receive maximum value from their relationship with Enkata. Ron oversees Enkata’s global sales, professional services, operations and customer service functions. A published thought leader on First Contact Resolution, Service Analytics and Performance Management, Ron has over 20 years of experience in marketing, analytics and customer operations in the healthcare, travel and leisure, financial services and telecoms industries. Prior to co-founding Enkata, Ron was the SVP of marketing and operations at UniHost Corporation, Canada’s largest lodging company. Prior to UniHost, Ron was a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, a leading strategy consulting firm.

Ronald Hildebrandt holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mike Barsotti, Chief Financial Officer

Mike Barsotti is a seasoned financial executive with over 25 years of experience in the high technology industry. Most recently, he was CFO of Apexon, a supply chain software company serving large industrial companies. Prior to that he was CFO of Avistar Communications, a video collaboration software and services company, and Redwood Microsystems, a silicon based actuator company. His career includes senior financial positions at ASK Computer Systems, ROLM/IBM and Alumax. Mike holds a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M. B. A., both from the University of California at Berkeley. He also is a CPA.

Alexandre Delarue, Chief Technology Officer

Alexandre Delarue joined Enkata in 2001, and as the lead server architect, Alexandre led the team that built Enkata’s service oriented architecture (SOA) and has focused on advancing the company’s analytics powered applications for the Enkata Strategic Service Suite. Prior to Enkata, Delarue held management roles at KANA and Broadbase Software, where under his leadership, customer implementation packaging and secure deployments were carried out for Fortune 500 companies.

Alexandre holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Institut Supérieur de l’Electronique et du Numérique in France and a Master of Science in Ocean Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Oleg Prikhodko, Vice President, Engineering

Oleg Prikhodko has over 12 years of experience in managing software development teams and projects. Prior to Enkata, Oleg was responsible for the product portfolio and research and development at Bercut Ltd., a leading enterprise billing and value-added services software vendor for Russian mobile operators. Prior to Bercut Ltd., Oleg was the deputy director of software development at T-Systems CIS (part of Deutsche Telecom Group), a leading European provider of information and telecommunications solutions and services.

Oleg holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics from St.Petersburg State Technical University.

Alexey Lavrov, General Manager, Enkata Representative Office, St. Petersburg, Russia

Alexey Lavrov joined Enkata in 2005 as a professional services business analyst. Prior to Enkata, Alexey was employed by RITVERC GmbH, which produces and sells radioactive materials and devices worldwide. Alexey held positions as an engineer and marketing manager. Key projects included implementing a corporate CRM system, successfully completing ISO9001:2000 accreditation for the company and managing international commercial research and development projects.

Alexey holds a MS in Physics and Mechanics from St. Petersburg State Technical University with a degree in business administration from its Economics faculty

David Hui, Senior Director, Professional Services
David joined Enkata in 2004 as a project manager and was responsible for implementing Enkata’s solution at its largest clients. He brings over 15 years of experience in delivering enterprise software solutions for customers as diverse as Ameritrade, AT&T, Lucasfilm, XenoPort and Rafael. Prior to Enkata, David implemented and managed various Oracle applications projects, both internationally and domestically, specializing in a highly complex project costing and billing module.

David holds a BA in Political Economy from the University of California at Berkeley.

Joseph McFadden, Senior Director, Marketing

Joe McFadden has over 25 years of experience in senior management positions marketing customer service software solutions to global enterprises. He launched several first-in-category products participating in the rapid growth of leading solution providers including: Aspect Communications, intelligent contact routing software; Nuasis (acquired by Intervoice / Convergys), the first multi-channel, VoIP contact routing solution; Edify, voice response solutions; Latitude Communications (acquired by Cisco), voice and web conferencing; and, SpiceCSM, SaaS-based desktop guided service applications for agent optimization.

Joe holds a BA in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.

Alexey Zhuk, Director, Product Management

Alexey has over ten years of experience in enterprise software development and product management. Prior to his role in product management, he held leadership positions in the Quality Assurance and Documentation groups. Prior to Enkata, his product focus was on transaction software and services for exchanges and financial institutions. Alexey was an early evangelist for the adoption of Agile and SCRUM development models at Enkata. His efforts to deploy these models at Enkata have accelerated the delivery of value-added services to customers.

Alexey holds a BA in Linguistics and Psychology from Novosibirsk State Teacher Training University

Glen Sprague, Director, Operations

Glen Sprague has over 15 years experience with RDBMS systems, specifically focused on data warehousing and analytic applications. Glen designed and built the Enkata infrastructure into a scalable, high performing, SaaS based operation. Prior to Enkata, he was at Kana (formerly Broadbase Software) where he was responsible for quality engineering and technical support for Broadbase Foundation and Analytic Applications. Prior to Kana, Glen worked for IBM (Lotus Division) where he was responsible for quality engineering and technical support for the first Windows database software.

Glen holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, San Diego.

Rolf Snyder, Director, Solutions Consulting
For the past 15 years, Rolf has worked to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency within front and back-end operations of the world’s largest corporations. Rolf joined Enkata in 2004 and has held several roles including Director of Professional Services. Prior to Enkata, Rolf was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCooper LLP, where he was responsible for the design and deployment of outsourcing systems as well as contact center training for Fortune 100 companies.

Rolf holds a BA in Economics, Spanish, and Anthropology from Trinity University and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley – Walter A. Haas School of Business.

Gerard Larios, Director, IT Operations and Security

Gerard has over 15 years of experience in the information technology field, building secure and scalable information technology infrastructure for rapid growth companies. He joined Enkata in 2008 and is currently responsible for directing and coordinating IT projects involving company security policy, systems infrastructure, network and telecommunications, desktop support, and disaster recovery / business continuity. During this time, the company built a world class SaaS platform and achieved SAS 70 type II certification. Prior to Enkata, he worked in the financial services and insurance sectors building IT operations and infrastructure compliant with other certifications, including PCI and HIPAA.
