David Stamm, President & CEO
David Stamm brings over 25 years of technology experience to the Enkata team. Prior to joining Enkata, Dave co-founded Clarify Inc. in 1990, which in 1994 became the first public company in what is now known as CRM. After Clarify was acquired by Nortel Inc. in 2000, David held several Board of Director positions at technology companies and served on the advisory boards of several venture capital funds. Prior to founding Clarify, Dave co-founded Daisy Systems Corporation in 1980, a computer-aided engineering hardware and software company.
Dave holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and holds a patent on single-chip microprocessor technology.
Ronald Hildebrandt, Co-founder, Senior Vice President, Marketing
As SVP Marketing for Enkata, Mr. Hildebrandt is responsible for product strategy, marketing, and professional services. A published thought leader on First Contact Resolution, Service Analytics and Performance Management, Ron has over 20 years of experience in marketing, analytics and customer operations in the healthcare, travel and leisure, financial services and telecoms industries. Prior to co-founding Enkata, Ron was the SVP of marketing and operations at UniHost Corporation, Canada’s largest lodging company. Prior to UniHost, Ron was a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, a leading strategy consulting firm.
Ron holds a BS in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Peter Solvik, Managing Director, Sigma Partners
With over 20 years of experience on leadership teams of successful, high-growth information technology companies, Pete applies his background and perspective to helping entrepreneurs form and build successful businesses. He joined Sigma in 2002; he invests across the entire spectrum of information technology products and services. Pete joined Sigma following a very successful 10-year career at Cisco Systems. His accomplishments as Senior Vice President & CIO, and founder of the Internet Business Solutions Group, helped make Cisco one of the more successful companies of our time. Prior to Cisco, he spent 11 years at Apple Computer (1981-1992). He held a number of senior IT management roles supporting the rapid growth and global expansion of the firm and oversaw the Apple Online Services Group. Pete holds a BS in Business Administration, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Pete also currently serves on the boards of Centrify, Digital Fuel Technologies, DocuSign, Encover, Noetix, ScanCafe. Previous Investments included Kace (acquired by Dell) and Topio (acquired by Network Appliance).
Wayne Boulais, General Partner, Apex Venture partners
Wayne Boulais is a general partner with investment focus in wireless, enterprise applications, and cleantech. Prior to joining Apex, Wayne was a founding member of the Marsh & McLennan Capital C&I Fund. He was also a partner at Marsh’s, Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) developing growth strategies for high-tech clients. Prior to Mercer, Wayne led engineering development teams for Raytheon Corporation. Wayne received his MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and an MS and a BS in Engineering from University of Massachusetts.
Wayne also currently serves on the boards of Bitwave Semiconductor, IfByPhone, IQS, Metatomix, and SolFocus. He is a board observer of CombineNet. Wayne is also a board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association. Wayne’s previous investments included Broadbeam (acquired by MobileAware), eCredit (acquired by Fidelity Ventures), Imaging Portals (acquired by MWA Intelligence), and RMI Corporation (acquired by NetLogic Microsystems).
